Our regulatory status, our fees and how to complain if we get something wrong.

We charge a fee for our advice services of between £195 and £495, depending on the complexity of the advice given. You will be invoiced on completion of your mortgage.
As mortgage brokers we have access to a comprehensive range of UK mortgage and remortgage products from many different lenders across the market. Once we understand your circumstances and needs we research the market and recommend the most suitable option for you.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Most buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Taxation advice is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Critical illness policies pay out only for the specific conditions and definitions set out in the policy. Cover is subject to underwriting and exclusions may apply.

If we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks, or you are unhappy with our final response, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman is a free and independent service. You can contact them at Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, on 0800 023 4567, or at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
